It seems that the “prefix” entered in the editor is somehow added twice to the names in the xml files.

Selection deletion (aggressively) sometimes results in a segfault.

When moving circles around in velocity view, when moving several one after the other, all circles that have been moved prior also gets painted yellow.

When having moved circles around in velocity view, then selecting and deleting any hit, all manually moved circles go back into their original places.
